The initial assessment will take approximately 1.5 hours and includes a detailed personal assessment that will provide a very personal view of your life and how to improve and enhance all aspects.

3 follow-up consultations (approximately 45 minutes each)

  • Nutritional planning. The nutritional guide will include likes and dislikes and take into account any previously diagnosed specific medical issues
  • Meditation and relaxation exercises.
  • Daily body movement guide to increase metabolism, circulation, and overall well-being.
  • Motivational plan for cessation of unhealthy habits
  • Enhanced life maintenance
  • Life speed reduction
  • Addition of fun into your life

Additional visits for follow-up motivation available at $75 each.
